Cant believe we are nearing our 1 year anniversary of CookieBox.Cool The support you all have shown me has been incredible. 

All of you made this possible for us. 

I have absolutely LOVED creating new recipes, working on arts, and putting together cute as shit boxes of goodies for all of you. HOWEVER. I am nearing the end of my bachelor's degree. I will be spending a little more time on school for the upcoming spring semester so, unfortunately, this means I will have to put the monthly subscription on hold for this year. 

What does this mean for us? Are we closing up shop?

ABSOLUTELY NOT!

There will be BIG changes to how we operate this year. CookieBox.Cool will be PRE-ORDER LIMITED DROPS ONLY for 2025. 

• All current members will be converted to a free membership on January 11th.
• Last monthly box will go out by January 15th
• FIRST PRE-ORDER DROP WILL BE FOR VALENTINE'S DAY
  • Valentine's Day pre-orders open January 5th (Save the date!) 
  • Pre-Orders will be accepted until January 25th

With pre-order drops, I will be able to spend more time on each drop. I know I haven't been as consistent as I would like to be when it comes to posting updates or making postcards for each box. This way, I can spend time on making sure your unboxing experience is fucking frantabudiddlyocious. 

I love you all so much. CookieBox.Cool wouldn't be here if not for you. Your cookie chef is about to become a college graduate!!!

MID AUTUMN FESTIVAL IS 9/22!!

I can very vaguely recall the story my mom would tell me when I was little about a woman who lives on the moon and somehow a rabbit is there with her. Google says the story of Chang'e, the moon goddess, is that she drank a potion of immortality and was exiled to live on the moon for eternity. And then a rabbit was sent to her because she would be very lonely on the moon by herself. This holiday is actually on 8/15 on the lunar calendar and this moon is the biggest, brightest full moon of the year. Family's get together and worship the moon and pray to Chang'e. Prayers are usually hopeful and asking for blessings for personal desires.

Sweet Tooth and Cookie Monster subscribers will get 2-3 MOONCAKES in their box this month!! Mooncakes are a delicacy and made only for this special occasion. There are many different forms of mooncakes and I grew up with the sort that have a pressed design, baked, and have a white lotus Seed filling and a salted egg yolk that represents the full moon.

Since it is customary to gift mooncakes to friends and family during this time, mooncakes will be shipped on Tuesdays starting from the 10th!! Mooncake boxes will be available for order til the end of month!

We are doing a small and LIMITED Trader Joe's collab as a soft drop for future gluten free cookies. I really wanted to have a gluten free cookie for you guys this month but exams and finals really kicked my buttox the last few weeks. I am cooking up in the kitchen back here and I want to serve all you celiac cookie monsters out there!!
